
Please read the following terms and conditions. By purchasing the Purifyne detox plan, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. The Terms & Conditions are as of 25th November 2010 and updated on a regular basis.
Payment:
Full payment must be received prior to starting your Purifyne detox plan. We accept the following methods of payment:
- 1. Paypal
- 2. Credit Cards: all major credit cards are accepted
- 3. Bank transfer: all bank transfer fees and card charges are in addition to the price quoted in the section ‘our prices’
- 4. Google checkout
- 5. Cheque: it should be payable to Purifyne Ltd.
Delivery policy:
Deliveries within Inner London
The Purifyne detox packages and juices are delivered to all areas within Inner London free of charge.
The detox packages and juices are delivered by the company’s drivers to your home or office address unless you instruct us otherwise. You must inform Purifyne of any changes that might affect our ability to deliver the packages to you on time.
We will deliver the Purifyne package and juices to your home or office address every day or every second day depending on the day of the week.
Delivery times and dates:
The exact delivery dates and times will be agreed between yourself and our coordinator prior to your detox plan with Purifyne.
Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the detox packages.
In case you or anybody on your behalf is unable to be at the delivery address to receive the packages you must notify us in advance*.
Alternatively, please leave instructions with a member of our team if you would prefer us to leave your detox packages in a safe place, with your neighbour, in front of your door etc.
Purifyne Ltd does not take responsibility for any damage or loss to your packages if you are not at provided delivery address at the time of agreed delivery between yourself and the company. Neither do we take responsibility for any damage to the packages left by us in a place instructed by you.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, our couriers are sometimes delayed. If this happens you will be notified about any delay immediately and your delivery will be rearranged for a time that is convenient for you.
Deliveries Nationwide
All deliveries Nationwide are performed by the third parties including but not limited to Fed Ex, DHL, Parcelforce etc.
While we make every effort to ensure that all deliveries are occurred on a timely basis, Purifyne Ltd cannot be held responsible for the timely execution of any deliveries performed by the third party as Purifyne Ltd does not have any physical control over the above courier companies.
The following points apply for deliveries outside London:

The typical price for delivery Nationwide is £14.75 (including packaging). However, the actual total cost of any delivery depends on the number of the deliveries as well as the number and weight of your detox packages.
- You can start your Detox plan on any of the following days of the week:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- The delivery on Fridays will always include a 1-day Broth supply if you undertake our 5, 7 or 14-day Detox plan.
- Please speak to a member of the Purifyne team before booking your plan to obtain more information on deliveries for the weekend.

International Deliveries
All International deliveries are performed by the third parties including but not limited to Fed Ex, DHL etc.

Delivery by third party couriers:
We always send the airway bill to you to inform you of your delivery times. Please make sure to receive the delivery yourself or have a family or friend receive them on your behalf. If the courier company cannot deliver as you are not there to receive your delivery they will take your delivery to their depot.
Purifyne Ltd will not be responsible if you are not there to receive your delivery in your allotted delivery times.
Please note that due the nature of freshly squeezed juices, we would strongly recommend that they are placed in a dark and cold place (eg. Refrigerator etc.)
If you experiencing any delay in receiving your packages and / or absence at the delivery address, the packaging will be held by the courier company at their local depot. This may cause a substantial delay that may result in the juices are not fit for consumption any longer.
*Please allow us sufficient time to reschedule your delivery date and / or time.
Handling:
Due to the nature of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices Purifyne deliver the juices within a few hours of preparation.
Date rescheduling:
You may transfer your detox plan to another date of your choice after booking the initial plan with Purifyne. We must be notified of any such changes at least 3 days in advance. You will not incur any additional charges.
Refund policy:
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide refunds.
Cancellation policy:
Should you wish to change or cancel your detox plan with Purifyne, you must notify us at least 2 weeks prior to starting your plan. Your may reschedule your detox plan with Purifyne to another date with no additional administrative charges. We must be notified of such changes at least 3 days prior to you starting your cleansing plan with us.
Transferability:
The plan is not transferable and should be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Anyone wishes to break their 7 or 14-day detox plans can do so by informing their coordinator. However, the detox supplements and superfoods will only be provided once at the time of starting their detox plan.
Website and use of our publications:
Unauthorised duplication or publication of any materials from our website is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy:
Purifyne Limited aims at protecting the privacy of our customers while at the same time providing a personalised service.
Personal information, submitted by our clients, including, but not limited to, their names, e-mail addresses and contact addresses will be used for one or more of the following purposes:
- • Informing you on product upgrades, special offers
- • To manage, market and evaluate you requests and preferences
- • Purifyne will keep all information confidential in accordance to the current Data Protection Acts of 1994 and 1998
- • We will not transfer any confidential information to any third parties
Nutritional and Medical Advice:
Purifyne works in close collaboration with Dr. James M. Hutton, a fully Naturopathic Medical Doctor licensed and certified by the state of Arizona, and Kaori Murphy, Nutritionist (17 years and 9 years of experience, respectively).
Whilst our qualified nutritionist and medical doctor assist Purifyne with our detox plan and daily queries, the information given on this website is not intended to be used as a substitute for medical advice or an alternative medical treatment.
Anyone with a health condition that would interfere or prevent them from undertaking a juice detox plan should consult their nutritionist and GP prior to embarking on the detox plan.
We recommend that you consult your GP prior to starting your juice detox plan with us.
